We Need Alan Keyes for President, Inc., is a volunteer-based enterprise that exists solely to educate, inform, and assist American voters in the 2008 election cycle.

In harmony with recognized principles of democracy, we consider our enterprise a public service in the best sense of the term — for our purpose is to give voters a choice that they may otherwise not have, and to do this with the highest standards of fairness, truth, respect, and decency.

Our goal, in particular, is to provide voters the means to assess the credentials, background, and positions of Alan Keyes, so they can make informed judgments about him and his possible candidacy.

If we do our job fully and well, the American electorate — and our nation's political process, itself — will be the main beneficiaries.

Upon this public-service mission and purpose, and in the interest of informing the electorate, We Need Alan Keyes for President, Inc., believes it has a legitimate "fair-use" interest that entitles it to reasonable use of copyrighted material.
